why can't i sign up? it says to check the mailbox and the spam messages, i do that and i haven't received any email, i tried to sign up multiple times and with different mails, what's wrong?

This issue should be fixed, please try again. please also note that each email address can only send 10 emails per day. if you send too many times, your email will be blocked in 24hours.
