FE - Create Add new Social Setting

[ ] Display add new social setting button as the last image on the page.
[ ] Create an addSocialSettingForm component (see add phrase form)
[ ] Create post request to create the new social setting on the backend
[ ] Display the new category when the user returns to the main page
