Automatically Clicks Registration Links not functioning for my registration URL

I use PostMan API to register my new users. The user registration email lands at the mailnesia account. However, the auto registration link is not activated. The mailnesia website suggests to make contact and this can be fixed as not all auto registration URLs are in the same format. Mine is below. Thank you.
