Test suite loading time is very long

On this screen, the loading time of tests often takes several seconds, with a blank screen. Can we either speed up that loading time? Or add a spinner?
In general, for all screens with data tables with possible long loading times between 500ms and 5 seconds, we should think how to speed up the data retrieval, and add spinners to indicate something is going on.
