The first source column in a CSV-file is not working with the processing tool geocoding

Let's say I have a CSV file that has a header row having the address, municipality and postalcode columns (with those names and I have no CSVT file). When I try to use the QGISDigitranstiGeocoding processing tool and provide address and municipality fields to the tool and run the tool, I get error "An address field name that you specified is not in the CSV headers." It seems to me that no matter what name the first column has or how many columns there are the first column cannot be used for geocoding. (see the attached pictures)
