Indent logic when selecting multiple lines in same highlight

The logic only applies to the first line of the multi line highlight so that it doesn't double/triple indent. Same with the Green de-indent. But the problem is if I want to end the indent as the last of the multi line, it isn't applied to the last line. So I have to unselect the highlight and then have the last line selected alone.
Potential partial fix is to update logic to only include on the last line if it is a Green de-indent highlight. So the opposite of the red which would be first item.
