Unexpected change to lowercase in text inputted in "Parent Title for Highlights"

This has not been happening consistently, but on occasion, part (but not all!) the text within "Parent Title for Highlights" is getting changed to lowercase

The bug was with the user! Realized that I had not added "%}" in the prior line, so that was creating the issue with the rendering
