Using Community SQLite in Unity

I built Community.SQLite in Mono/.Net 2.0 for Windows.
There is a 50% chance that I get the error invalid hadle to database at path 
[path] and this error keeps the connections still open, which makes Unity not 
run properly. Curiously I built Community.SQlite on MacOS 10.8 in Mono/.Net 2.0 
and all the problems were gone.

Has this happened before, or maybe I'm doing something wrong?
