Add support for printing book / print to PDF

It would be nice to have a separate CSS template / button option for exporting books to PDF :)

.epub & .pdf support are in the works (see GitbookIO/gitbook#10).
Since gitbook@0.1.1 (released yesterday). There's a --format flag (-f for short). You can generate a PDF friendly HTML file using --format page and then save as a .pdf using chrome.
This will soon be fully integrated into gitbook but in the meantime that's what you can do ti generate a nice .pdf file for your book.
