is it possible to run it on nas synology ds218j somehow?

Hi,
if you have a desktop GUI interface, then you can run it like on any other desktop computer, too.
But I guess you have a SSH access only. So this will not work. The sender is only working in GUI mode.
However, I have build a HB-Store CDN CLI Server, which allows you to host and server your pkg files.
The Install process is then done on your ps4 with the HB-Store with CDN Settings to your server.
You can see my command line here as an example
