[feature] Allow remote webserver as base URL

It would be cool to allow the server to be an http link instead of a folder structure. I serve my files from a headless nginx server so it'd be cool to point this to http://IP.ADDR/PS4 and have it get the list of pkgs there and send that info to the PS4 when it's download time.
