Enable export of root content from the widget

It should be possible to export all top level content (parent = /content). As of now the Export icon appears only when a content item is selected, but it's not possible to select the root. So, Export icon in the widget should always be enabled and if nothing is selected then it should use root as selected content. Suggested name for the export file can be <projectid>-draft-<datetimestamp>
