Can't start the single host example in Mac

It seems to be stuck in service discovery loop and keeps repeating the following:

172.18.0.10 is Docker's overlay network IP not my host IP.
Am I missing something?

Docker binaries are licensed GLUU-SUPPORT. That means you can use the binaries for 30 days without a license. And as Isman mentioned, you'll need a support contract to post questions about Docker Edition. Please register and post your question on https://support.gluu.org once you obtain a support contract.
