This allows people to have mileage on their cars, or stolen cars.
How to install:
Download the first release, extract it to somewhere in your PC.
Go to the extracted folder and move esx_carmileage to your resources folder.
Add start esx_carmileage to your server.cfg
Import veh_km.sql into your database.
Start your server and hop on your first car.
