Plugin idea: Modify video recording settings (higher bitrate/fps)

The ps4 can only do gameplay recording at 720p30 and the ps4 pro at 1080p30 and low bitrates, but they can stream (twitch/youtube or ps remote play) at 720p60 or 1080p60 respectively, also, those are using way higher bitrates, using stuff like Chiaki you can force it to do extremely high bitrates where encoding artifacts aren't even noticeable.
The debug settings on ps4 have a setting to change the streaming feature and allow for fake servers and such, but most interesting is it lets you set it to local loopback, I've been thinking about whether or not that could be leveraged to get video recording with better quality, or maybe there's a better way to do this that i dont know of.
It would be great to not have to spend money and lose convenience on getting a capture card to be able to record decent gameplay.
Bitrate settings in chiaki seems placebo. 720p and 1080p60 is definitely possible though. It will probably require ShellCore or something to be patched
I see, i thought chiaki's bitrate setting was for real, chiaki or not, ps remote play uses way more bitrate than recording because it looks really good and smooth, so the encoder can do way more, I hope you can work on this someday and thanks for your reply!
