File/Folder renaming triggers remote file(s) delete of unrelated file which are not renamed

Expected Behavior

Renaming other folders does not trigger remote delete of other file(s).

Actual Behavior

testfiles.gpx is deleted remotely while it is still on the local sync folder and has been untouched. This error occurs when i rename other folders, the overlay icon goes to (!) followed by no overlay icon anymore for that file.
