Expected Behavior

Please describe the program's expected behavior.

Clicking on the tray menu causes a smooth behavior, e.g. it slides from the task bar upwards towards its resting place. This is a smoother transition and makes it look like the tray menu is sliding out of the taskbar.

Actual Behavior

Please describe the program's actual behavior. Please include any stack traces
or log output in the back ticks below.

Currently the tray menu just appears in its entirely on screen all at once, this is a abrupt transition.

Screenshots (Optional)

If the error is graphical in nature it is helpful to provide a screenshot.

As far as I know, no application has this function (at least on mac) and I think it's not common UI behaviour.
