Allow popup window to be moved

As a developer,
I want to be able to move and reposition the popup window
So that I can identify and highlight fields that may be obscured by the popup in its default position.
Not sure if this is possible, but would be nice if the feature was supported.

This would be really useful — I noticed the same, especially on a smaller
screen.
Popup sizing and positioning is tightly controlled.
I'll have a think to see if there's some other way of achieving this.

It would be good if Chrome extensions supported user movable/resizable popups.
In lieu of this, what is the alternative? I'm still having issues getting the overlays to render correctly on all the pages so the idea of rendering the popup in page fills me with dread.
