Backdrop CMS official C2D offering in the GCP marketplace?

We noticed that the GCP marketplace offers official C2D recipes for WordPress (v5), and Drupal (v9). How would we go about offering a similar C2D recipe for Backdrop CMS?
Backdrop is a fork/continuation of Drupal 7, so the recipe should be very similar to Drupal. How can we help to get this done?
We have 2 minor releases/year (one every 4 months) + security and bug fix releases as needed throughout the year. The latest can always be grabbed from https://github.com/backdrop/backdrop/releases/latest.
