When run at the same commit (2a3257d), this test passed in one build (https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/cloud-sql-go-connector/actions/runs/9326803204) and failed in another build (https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/cloud-sql-go-connector/actions/runs/9323611499).
e2e_postgres_test.go:105: QueryRow failed: failed to connect to `host=/var/run/postgresql user=*** database=***`: dial error (timeout: context deadline exceeded)
This seems to be a transient networking error in our CI infrastructure. Going to close this.
