Get default version of a processor

For monitoring purposes, I'd like to annotate my processing results with the (custom) processor version by which the document was processed.
I can list the versions for a specific processor and see which ones are deployed: https://cloud.google.com/document-ai/docs/reference/rest/v1/projects.locations.processors.processorVersions#ProcessorVersion
But I cannot see what the current default version is. Is it always the first one in the list?
