TaskQueues in devserver

Hi
It would be super helpful if the config was given to show a task queue working on the devserver.
I've hunted about and cant find an example.

Devserver has been deprecated: https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/java/tools/maven
Cloud Tasks is preferred over task queues
