Update bucketName value in deployment manifests for Triton and TFServing tutorial

The two deployment manifests:

https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/kubernetes-engine-samples/blob/main/ai-ml/gke-online-serving-single-gpu/src/gke-config/deployment-tfserve.yaml

and

https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/kubernetes-engine-samples/blob/main/ai-ml/gke-online-serving-single-gpu/src/gke-config/deployment-triton.yaml

both refer to bucketName: $BUCKET_NAME in volumeAttributes definition. This environment variable needs to be updated to $GSBUCKET to match the instructions in https://cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine/docs/tutorials/online-ml-inference.
