Nodejs quick start error importing container images?

Yesterday when deploying my app it was working fine and late yesterday I started getting this error.
If I use the cloud shell I get the same error.
I'm using the hello world app with minimal changes.
File upload done.
Updating service [default]...failed.
ERROR: (gcloud.app.deploy) Error Response: [13] Error importing container images.
