STET with EXTERNAL_VPC key

Hi,

i have been trying to use STET with key protection level EXTERNAL_VPC.

I am getting an error
" stet --logtostderr encrypt data.txt data
E1025 19:31:38.959765 6342 main.go:232] Failed to encrypt plaintext: error wrapping shares: unsupported protection level EXTERNAL_VPC"

dose STET supports external key via vpc?
