can we open an issue to track/discuss these assumptions regrading the target environments and the prerequisites to be able to deploy the secured data warehouse?

the person needs IAM priv to access to browse to see the the "id"

nothing functionally wrong with using the number at the moment, and helps keep the various permissions simple for mvp
