granular requirements file, please

This is a really cool project. I'm having a hard time getting it to run. Would you mind exporting a 'pip list' so I can get more details on the environment? I'm running into errors that are likely due to recent deprecations.

I got this running on an updated environment. I had to modify the code in several places to deal with deprecated functionality in pandas and torchmetrics. See requirements.txt and the single new commit in my fork: https://github.com/dgketchum/sgp.
