Add some Google APKs stripped from adevtool

It would be nice if we were able to download various official Google apps in a privacy respecting way.
Since these APKs are stripped, it feels like it would be a great addition to provide applications like Gcam, recorder, perhaps even Maps.
GOS doesn't bundle it by default and it provides users a way to get some of those Google apps in a private manner.

You can obtain them with sandboxed Google Play or another Play Store frontend. We aren't going to package a bunch of additional apps.
