Apps release 22 alpha: update of Vanadium Webview not possible, Vanadium browser missing in the list

skip renamed packages on initial GrapheneOS 14 QPR2 versions due to upstream original-package bug resolved for the next GrapheneOS release (i.e. users who still have an install from before Vanadium was renamed to app.vanadium.browser from org.chromium.chrome will need to wait until the next GrapheneOS release to update it)
@robovoice1 It's expected that you can't update yet.
@robovoice1 We had to fix an upstream Android 14 QPR2 bug which caused system_server to completely crash if you installed the update because your install predates us renaming Vanadium from org.chromium.chrome to app.vanadium.browser. Our next OS release fixes this issue but we don't really want to do a new OS release quite yet until we fix the Wi-Fi hotspot issue after factory resets and maybe some other things. We've done a lot of releases recently which is tough.

@robovoice1 I don't think it's a duplicate. The UI for this could be better. Unsure if we can do that.
