Filter active DAOs

Add a checkbox that filters the 'Select a DAO dropdown' selecting only DAOs that have been active in the last X months.

This checkbox should be selected by default

• Add activity info to the DTO
• Add activity info to OrganizationListDAO

• Make a way to add "Filters" to the Dropdown (better if clientside)

I also modified the summary so we can display the "First activity" date on DAOstack (we don't know the creation date)
