Link to Sidecar documentation outdated

The /system/sidecars/administration page links to an old documentation page for the Sidecar. It links to "Collector" which then redirects to "Sidecar Collector" which redirects to "Sidecar" for the current documentation.

The link should go directly to https://docs.graylog.org/en/latest/pages/sidecar.html

This issue has been resolved in the latest release of graylog-server. Closing issue.
