What happened?
As the Carbon Aware SDK project
I want to add workflows to PRs
So that I can automate a set of checks on new features before they join the DEV and main branch
New PRs modifying workflows should edit a single workflow definition so it is all maintainable (i.e. easy to find in one place)
This is related to parent #252
