UX for adding multi-language content needs improvement

With the new requirement of ÖKOBAUDAT to include name and technology description in both German and English, it is now a common use case to add these information in English while editing the dataset in German. Currently, this is very cumbersome, as it requires these steps:

• While the dataset language is set to German and editing the dataset, save and close it
• switch the dataset language to English in the settings
• re-open the dataset and enter the information in English using the Translation View
• save and close the dataset
• switch the dataset language back to German in the settings
• re-open the dataset

It would be much more convenient for users e.g. to be able to just open the Translation View while the dataset language is set to German, and simply interact with the Translation View by clicking a "+" button or the like in order to add stuff for a specific field in another language.
