Unable to create a new stakeholder.

Describe the bug
The Stakeholder page seems to be stuck. The progress bar does not stop spinning. Also, unable to create a new stakeholder.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch https://test-admin.treetracker.org/stakeholders.
  2. Log in as admin.
  3. Click on hamburger menu in upper left corner of page.
  4. Click on Stakeholder.

Actual Result:
Progress spinner keeps spinning. I have waited for about 5 minutes to see if it would stop.

  1. Click on the Add Stakeholder button
  2. Complete all required information enter valid data.
    My test data:
    Organization: WeHopeII
    Email: noelshantell@ymail.com
    Phone: 9991234567
  3. Click Submit button
    Actual Result:
    Nothing happens.
    Expected Result:
    New company added successfully.

This is an admin panel issue. Would tag respective people then close @Kpoke @sebastiangaertner @dadiorchen
