schliessen -> schließen
Yes -> Ja
Cancel -> Abbrechen (or even better: Nein)

These are standard buttons and their translation are in a file provided by Qt.
Are you building from the source? If so this file will not be found.

No, but as recommended in the hobbybrauer.de board I deleted my language folder as a workaround for changing combo box values. So this might be the issue here?
However, "schliessen" should still be corrected.
