Setting Launch Parameters

Due to a bug in XCOM 2, the only way to get squads to an Available status is to use a console command. In the previous version of the Launcher, it created a desktop icon that I could right-click ans set the launch parameters to enable the console. This version just extracted files and did not create the icon.. How do I set the parameters to enable the console?

Run the launcher. Go to Settings on the menu bar. Click "Edit..." Then add the parameters to the Arguments textbox.
