SVG import arc settings only applied with nested shapes

The arc settings on SVG import are only applied if "Nest Shapes" is ticked. Ideally, these would be applied to all SVG imports. I have run into cases when doing what are effectively 2D designs with overlapping line segments that nesting just messes everything up. If those designs have arcs or circles there is no way to get them more smooth.
