Print Time Macro

Within my device I have configured the start Gcode to included a print time {time} but the Gcode output comes out as 0.

According to the docs, it seems that the time macro is only supported in the footer gcode.
That said, having the time macro be available through the whole program could be a helpful feature to add eventually.
