CNC Tool export does not work

Currently it seems that it is not possible to export tools in CNC mode.

Reproduction:

1. Go to https://grid.space/kiri/
2. Change to CNC
3. Click on Setup
4. Click on Tools
5. Click Export
6. Use the default name "tools" for Export Tools Filename
7. Click OK
   I would expect, that a system dialog opens to save the file. Instead nothing happens.

System: Mac OS 15.6.1 on apple silicon.
Tested with: Firefox 142.0.1 (aarch64) also does not work with the standalone app

this was fixed in the main code base a couple of days ago. new desktop builds will be out shortly.
