Rename resource does not update usages in xaml.

@mgoertz-msft Is there a way to rename a symbol so that usages in xaml are updated?

An alternative here is full manual mode parsing all xaml files in the sln. Might do that now.

Solved this in the nastiest way imagineable, still very interested in better ways.
