Failed to initialize the device

[Ming-desu]

Hello, I was trying to follow the quick start and I've encountered this error in getting the device information. At first, I was able to scan the IP Cameras in my network. But when I am about to get the information it throws this error. Would someone give some guide or I am missing something here? Thank you.
