Suggestion: Add Shield Slam

A number of tanks are going deep prot in P2, esp for the last 2 boss fights. Adding shield slam would be very useful for tanks trying to decide between fury vs prot for devastate builds. Thanks!

There's lots of things I want to add but not enough time. Tanking is not a priority since theres a tank sim already sorry.
If someone else wants to add Shield Slam then go ahead.
