Binaries should load the default config file without providing the -c parameter

• Loading the hnap_config.txt should be the default behavior of the basestation/client binaries when being called without any parameter
• Still, it shall be possible to provide the -c flag to provide an alternative configuration file
• Providing additional flags shall override the settings in the configuration file
