Teleporting to this coordinates may affect the server. Use RemoveActorPacket instead:

/** @var Player $player */
$player->getNetworkSession()->sendDataPacket(RemoveActorPacket::create($player->getId()));

Feel free to do PRs. :)

These coordinates are a 32 bit integer limit. Minecraft can't take it. But since PocketMine is x64, I doubt it'd affect it.
