Thank you for conducting your in-depth investigation and providing this rich dataset.
The links under the Inflation_Source column in the Universities table appear to be broken. It looks like the material hosted on OSU's website changed. Perhaps the relevant data was moved to this PDF?
If needed, updated links could point to specific PDF pages by appending the URL with #page= followed by the numeral of the page number (for example, #page=7).
Are pull requests encouraged for this repository? If so I'm willing to submit one with updated links, though I am not sure which column denotes the year to look up in the table.
