FR: Enable nodes of new notes to appear in old global graph workspaces

I really wish there was an option to somehow enable new nodes in old workspaces. Currently when a workspace is saved in global graph, and new notes are added, their nodes don't appear when you load workspace states that were made back when those notes didn't exist.
