CDC PR changes are not showing up in www.hhs.gov/code.json

Hello there, I was just working on CDC's Q4 update and noticed that our Q2 update (#24) is not reflected in the www.hhs.gov/code.json catalog. That probably explains why our updates aren't showing up in code.gov's catalog either.

HHS' code.json only shows 56 projects for CDC. But this PR, and CDC's code.json shows 68. I expected 68 projects.

Would you please investigate and let me know if there's anything I can do to help?

Ha, this is really old. While preparing PR #27 , I see that this issue no longer exists. The current HHS code.json shows 87 projects, as expected.
