extractSingleCor.cf and c.cf remove cf_weighted metadata

The functions extractSingleCor.cf and c.cf remove the fields that are associated with cf_weighted. I will just work around that by applying these before the bootstrapping. We could argue that these functions should not work with the cf_weighted type, but they already work with bootstrapped data.
