Modify inductee's DB view to reflect new induction requirements

Modify our existing view entity for induction requirements in the backend to reflect new changes being made to the list of induction requirements. Please contact @thai-truong for the documentation of new changes to induction requirements. In the view entity InducteePointsView there are already examples of how to check if the user has completed at least one mentorship/professional event, so use these examples to help you complete this task. This is an entity change so migration will need to be run. Frontend will probably need to be changed as well to accomodate new changes to induction requirements, like this page.
