Please move your data and rules to git folder

It seems data and rules are not large files. Please move to git folder, because we would not know when you would delete your personal Google drive files.

OK. I will move the rules and the pretrained models to git. The weakly annotated text data, which I haven't upload yet, will go to Google drive.
